You Are Not the One Doing Life

Breathing happens.
Hearing happens.
Thinking happens.
Living happens.

There is no separate "you" controlling it.

The “doer” is a sensation.
A mental image.
A habit of claiming life as mine to manage.

When that habit softens…

the body settles.
The mind quiets.

Life becomes effortless again.

Not because you achieved something.
Not because you arrived somewhere.

But because you stopped interfering long enough
to see what was already true.
