Try This Instead of Fixing Yourself

 

When you feel that familiar heaviness…


Don’t analyze it.

Don’t label it.
Don’t “work on it.”


Just pause.

And notice what your body is doing.


Is it tightening?
Bracing?
Holding?
Pulling away?


Is your chest guarded?
Is your stomach gripping?
Are your shoulders lifted?
Is your breath shallow?


Even if everything is fine.
Especially if everything is fine.


Because this is the pattern:


The moment life becomes good,
the body prepares.


The moment love becomes real,
the body starts managing.


Because even inside goodness,
your body is still on duty.



So today, try something radical:

Don’t fix it.
Just notice it.
And let it be seen.


Because what is seen clearly
