The Hidden Addiction: Preparing

Most high-level women don’t realize
they’re addicted to preparation.

Because preparation feels like safety.

If I prepare, I won’t be blindsided.
If I prepare, I won’t be embarrassed.
If I prepare, I won’t lose myself.
If I prepare, I won’t need anyone.

you prepare.
