The Body Knows Before the Story Forms

The body responds first.

Before meaning.
Before explanation.
Before labels.

A softening.
A tightening.
A quiet ease.
A subtle pull back.

The mind arrives later, asking
"What is this?"
"Is this good?"
"Where is this going?"

Trying to figure it out.
Trying to know.
Trying to control.
Trying to decide.
Trying to manage.
Trying to look ahead.

But the body has already spoken.

Confusion often comes
from listening out of order.
Living in the mind.

Trying to think our way into clarity.
Instead of letting clarity reveal itself.

Nothing needs to change.

Seeing what's already happening,
as it is,
is enough.
