Suffering Is the Addiction to Interpretation
Pain happens.
But suffering is the mind saying:
“This shouldn’t be happening.”
Suffering isn’t life.
Suffering is resistance.
Buddha didn’t say, “Life is suffering.”
He said, “There is suffering.”
The mind was trained to
narrate every sensation into a problem.
And the moment narration stops…
Life becomes quieter.
Cleaner.
Real.
